Website use
These terms apply when you use the Only Health website, browse product information, create an account, subscribe to updates, contact support, or place an order.
You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with security, checkout, account access, website performance, or any other customer experience.
Products, pricing, and availability
Product descriptions, images, ingredients, prices, promotions, stock status, and availability may change over time. We aim to keep product information clear and current, but packaging and labels should always be checked before use.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing or product errors before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Orders, payment, and accounts
Orders are subject to payment authorisation, stock availability, fraud and fulfilment checks, and confirmation from our ecommerce systems. We may contact you if an order detail needs to be checked before dispatch.
You are responsible for providing accurate account, delivery, contact, and payment information. If an address or contact detail is incorrect, delivery may be delayed or fail.
