Shipping coverage
Only Health ships online orders to the delivery locations available at checkout. If your location is not available, contact support before placing an order.
Standard New Zealand shipping is free for online orders unless checkout clearly states another delivery option or special handling cost.
Tracking and order support
Tracking details are sent when available after an order has been packed or dispatched. Delivery timing can vary by destination, carrier capacity, weather, public holidays, stock availability, and fulfilment checks.
If tracking does not update, delivery appears delayed, or an order arrives damaged, contact [email protected] with your order number and delivery details.
Returns
Return eligibility is reviewed by customer support before any item is sent back. Health and wellness products may need to remain unopened, unused, and in resalable condition for change-of-mind returns.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described, we will review the issue under applicable New Zealand consumer rights.
Delivery information you provide
You are responsible for entering accurate delivery details at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is incomplete or incorrect, additional carrier handling or re-delivery steps may apply.
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error after placing an order. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has started.
